With over 11 years of experience in the insurance industry, Salihah has a proven track record of spearheading profitable growth, developing innovative products, and establishing lasting relationships with all stakehokders in the insurance industry. Her core competencies include insurance product development, relationship development and management, reinsurance treaty negotiation, business process flow design, and information management system implementation.
Wilson Murigi
Director
Wilson is a dedicated legal practitioner with 18 years of experience and a deep commitment to dispute resolution and the advancement of justice. His expertise spans criminal defense litigation, constitutional and election petitions, public procurement law, environmental and land law, and legal compliance.
As a trained and accredited mediator, Wilson collaborates with non-governmental organizations to facilitate the resolution of disputes involving children and other vulnerable members of society. His approach emphasizes fairness, impartiality, and sustainable solutions through structured mediation processes.
Beyond legal practice, Wilson has extensive experience in legal research, having worked alongside distinguished scholars in the field. His research contributions to institutions such as Strathmore University and the Centre for Advanced Studies in Environmental Law and Policy (CASELAP) have led to multiple publications that inform policy and legal discourse.

David Lennox Brett

Prior to his appointment as one of the BODs, David served as a risk analyst, looking at company operations at a wide scale, providing solutions from a business strategy perspective while seeking to enhance the effectiveness of governance, risk management and, control processes. David has equally obtained over 24years of extensive experience in auditing a wide variety of international and local organizations drawn from both the private and public sectors. In addition, he has a stint in the oil and gas industry.
JANE BOOKER
Director
Jane has over 9 years’ experience in the Financial Services sector, five of which have been in leadership roles while based in Kenya and Seychelles. She has vast experience managing global clients’ portfolios in Africa, covering Asset Management, Private Equity and Corporate Finance. Prior to joining Bermax, she was the Chief Executive Officer of Sovereign Care Insurance and Juturna Holdings.

With over 17 years of experience in the insurance industry, Carlos has held various senior leadership roles, specializing in risk apetite, management and leadership.
Carlos has also served on the Audit, Risk & Governance Committee of various firms in the US.
A strategic leader with a deep understanding of the insurance landscape, Carlos is committed to excellence in customer experience, business development integration, sales strategy, and organizational growth.
