Work Injury Benefits Act (WIBA) Cover

WIBA Insurance is a mandatory policy that all employers are legally required to maintain, ensuring employee protection under Kenya’s Work Injury Benefits Act.

It offers coverage for employees who suffer injuries, disability, or death arising from workplace incidents or duties performed in the course of employment.

The policy provides compensation for work-related accidents and occupational risks—excluding incidents resulting from intentional or reckless misconduct by the employee.
